Thank you - SUKRIA - Merci - Danke Schön :
for your patience, for all the energy you spent in fulfulling my wishes (known and unknown ones !) - for explaining every thing that came across our road (temples, cows, pilgrims, schools...) - for initiating me to RAMDEORA - for having been during 10 days my guide, travel companion, body guard ... even "nurse" - I felt safe with you !

10 days were not enough for me to get used to the Indian way of driving, but from the beginning it was clear that you are an experienced, excellent driver and that there was no reason to worry !

Thank you for 10 wonderful days in Rajasthan, I enjoyed every minute of it !
RAM RAM GHEE !

Satbir has been our driver for three and a half weeks. He is an exceptionnaly safe and careful driver. In addition, he has been an excellent guide.

In his care we have been quietly and professionally protected, in the most discrete manner. All our needs have been accommodated. Once he knew we were interested in birds he not only hook us to these areas but his keen eyes did our spotting.

His English is absolutely fluent and as such we have all been able to relax and enjoy a subtle joke, he is an asset to your company and we felt he was most capable in any position you would apply him to.

Dear Satbir, I guess it's time to say goodbye. It seems like we've known each other for a long time even though it's only been 13 days but that's probably because we felt so much at ease with you. You tried to please us in every way. We appreciate your friendship and honesty in a way that words can't say. It was a wonderful experience to stay in your home with your family and hopefully one day we can return the favor when you come to our home.
India is not always an easy place but you made us feel safe in this foreign country.
We will certainly miss you ...

Dear Yadav, a brief visit cut even shorter by the "Delhi Belly", however you have been very kind and understanding of my predicament.

I have have enjoyed immensley seeing the "real" India, the villages, and your observations have also enlightened me. Though, I still cannot remember all the Gods. Three days is far too short and you have enabled me to cram an enormous amount in, hopefully, I will remember at least seventy five percent.

Thank you kindly for your patience and advice. Sincerely.

Thank you Mr Satbir !
Our short 5 days trip has been great ! We have seen a lot of things in little time, much more than we've planned ourselves, or things that we wouldn't have seen by taking the train. We'll always remember The friendly people In the villages, the smiling children. You gave us a good introduction to indian religion, but to understand everything about it we'll have to study some more time at home ! At least we know when to start now !

Thank you for driving us safely through India, where everybody thinks he is "king of the road"

Thank you for encouraging us to welcome our initials inhibitions and so experience more of the real India.

Thank you for taking care of my private "birthday party" down in the holy Pushkar !

No hurry, no curry !
Always be careful on the road !

Thank you Satbir for helping us lope with our first trip to India. You accepted that we did not particularly enjoy the big cities and showed us a side of India that we shall remember for ever.

We are grateful to you for being such a good driver on roads that were often in terrible condition and dealing with the other indian drivers who seemed at times to be completely mad.

We are particularly thankful that you did your best to ensure our meals were safe, even at the roadside "trucks stops !

The only thing that you couldn't arrange was an opportunity for us to see tigers, but there is always next time.

Best wishes to you and your family, and wish you luck on your continued journeys and adventures on the indian roads. Thanks.

SUBRATRI, Yadav (with your wife) !

Dear Yadav, first I thank you for the wonderful experiences you made possible for my husband, Zahir and I, during our 14 days tour of Rajistan. Sadly we must say goodbye, I prefer "au revoir" and we will miss you so much. On our own now, we will be cast adrift on the "sea of India" without your care and guidance. You have been our driver, guide, teacher, healer and companion. You have taught us much of the rural life of India. We have cycled, watched birds in Bharrapur and laughed together. Seen so many temples, forts and monuments and you were always waiting to greet us. You are the BEST DRIVER I have ever known, never impatient, very steady.
Good brakes - good steering - good heart !
Once again many thanks and good wishes !

Dear Satbir - Thanks to Mary and Brendan : I had the privilege of seeing India in a very personnal way. They gratefully referred me to you for a truly memorable vacation. I sincerely appreciate your patience and willingness to change direction and schedules with little notice.
As a photographer, I am especially grateful for your assistance in meeting people along the way and acting as an enthusiastic translator and teacher. You have a fine eye for seeing wonderful scenes and I know I have hundreds of grat photos. Thanks for your help.
Needless to say my most memorable experience is the visit with your family and tour of the village. Thank you again for the experience of a lifetime. Sincerely.

Dear Mr Yadav, Words will never adequately express how grateful and how lucky we are to have you as our guide and friend. We would have never discovered some of the genuine hidden aspects to India without your willingness to take us off the track and lead us to some of the pearls of Indian culture. I refer to our visits to your beautiful and hospitable village ; the trip to the desert school where we saw the love and resielence in the faces of both teachers and pupils, ans our visits to those very sacred Hindu temples.
I will never think of India without thinking also of you our very good friend. In Ireland we use the expression "he showed me the ropes", it means we were lost and you rescue us. So we will be for ever grateful. Imagine that after our experience in Delhi (you remember what we told you about taxi and hotels) we could have missed India and gone back home.
Thank you again Mr Yadav for being like a father to a pair of children lost in India until an angel in a white chariot came out of the blue and saved us, rescued us and showed us a new and strange and beautiful culture.
Brendan McNally

Yadav is God - to us anyway you have been a true saviour. Delhi had overwhelmed us and then we met you and decided not to leave India immediately.
Thank you for sharing your country, your village, your culture, your beliefs with us. You have made our experience of India a rich and powerful one. You seemed to learn very quickly what our likes and dislikes were and you never failed to answer all our needs. We were like two lost children and you were father and mother to us for 10 wonderful days.
I think you should come with us on this world trip to look after us - how will we cope without you ? You tried to protect us from the sun and you definitely saved us from too much stress on the roads. You are the only good driver in India. I hope God will always protect you and your family. We would love to show you Ireland some day - maybe ? No hurry, don't worry !
Thank you so much for everything.
Mary

Dear Yadav, thank you for the beautiful wedding, we always wanted to get married ; so it was a very good idea. We'll send you the pictures from the village chief and his people, you will send them on isn't it ? We have enjoyed your tour with us and I am sure this was just the first time that we were together. As you know there is no such thing as coincidence, so we thank Lord Krsna for his blessing and we pray he will go on guiding us all.
I personally thank you ; thank you from my heart for the help on the side, you know what I mean. We hope and wish for you that your dream and desire for your own company will come true.

My wife and I have enjoyed the tour very much and wish to come back again to see more places. We find India to be very colorful and rich in culture. There's so much to see and learn.
We are grateful to you for your help in explaining things to us and to showing us interesting places. We also thank you for your excellent and safe driving. I think driving in India requires a real special skill !
We hope to come back soon and maybe have you accompany us again. With best regards.

We have just had a wonderfull 5 days tour from Delhi via Agra, Puskar, Jaipur, Jodhpur. S.S.Yadav has been extremely helpfull, nothing has been too much of a problem, he has given us sound advice whenever weve visited temples, forts, etc, he is also a bit of a doctor, he found a medecine for me when my stomach was somersaulting. My only regret was the tour was all we could afford. There's always next time. Steve

Today we visited a small village and a Jain temple in Ranakpur absolutely stunning. We have seen so much (and had it explained so well). Impossible from a train... Yadav is now a good friend, we hope to see him soon, to see the other half of Rajastan. Jools

Thank you for a great tour Yadav. Leo

Great trip around Ragistan. 10 days was not enough, but fun, fun, fun! Mr Yadav, with "eyes of an eagle", sees everything, like baby camels in the desert. Jaisalmer is the best city of them.
We appreciate the extra effort yadav put in to insure a nice trip for us. He is an excellent driver and was able to find all the small villages we wanted to seek. Thank you for the great trip.

Thank you very much for your driving.
My asking where we went would be very strange for you. But you led me a right place, right situations! In particular, it was great pleasure for me you to interpret from Hindi to English. I will be able to write a great report because of your helping.
Besides I really appreciate to stay India especially Nadada's people. They are honest, good, feel confortable. I could get in touch with India's heart.
Thank you.
